That’s the amount of weekends you have with your kids from Freshman to Senior Year. It goes so quick, crowded with schedules full of sports, fine arts, academics, and friends. First there’s 4 years, then 3, then 2, and now…it’s here.
Did you teach them enough? Will they be okay on their own? Are they ready for what’s next? Whatever the future holds, God’s got them. Take a breath. give yourself grace tonight remembering who holds them.
What a joy we get 180 high school Saturdays with them- to teach, listen, instruct and laugh with them. Don’t miss the moments. They’ll be gone before you know it. And while the shift is hard, they will not only be your kids, they’ll become your lifelong friends.
