Welcome & Invitation

Join us for a three-day Rhythms Retreat to rest, restore, connect and create together in a majestic setting. Hosted by Gabe and Rebekah Lyons, the conversations will help you uncover the keys to living in rhythm. With expert guests set in a casual, conversational environment, including horseback riding, long meals, hiking and fishing in big nature, these few days will be a haven for insight, reconnection and renewed vision for living life in rhythm for the season ahead.

Our time together will begin Friday evening with a reception, dinner and our opening session and conclude Sunday after breakfast. Saturday afternoon leisure time provides an opportunity for recreational experiences on the ranch, including horseback riding, trapshooting, fishing and hiking.

  The Experience

Rest 

Take a few days to pause, turn the phone off, put the email auto-responder on and allow your mind and body to recharge. You will learn the best strategies to build this rhythm into your daily life when home.

Restore

Invigorating adventure mixed with cozying up by the fireplace will replenish you. Prepare to eat well and enjoy beautiful creation as we spend time in all of the elements soaking in God’s nature.

Our souls crave to be with others and avoid the loneliness and inner turmoil brought on by isolation. Meet new friends and like-minded leaders intentionally pursuing similar goals.

Lost Valley Ranch is a fully inclusive dude ranch with private rooms inside two and three bedroom cabins. At this AAA Four Diamond Award-winning setting, there will be structured and unstructured opportunities to connect with people while enjoying outdoor activities - including Trapshooting (additional cost), Trail Rides, Fly Fishing (additional cost) and some of the best ranch suppers you’ve ever experienced!

  • This retreat is designed for people who desire to learn with experts and other like-minded friends the way our daily rhythms can contribute to our overall mental, emotional, relational and spiritual health. Individuals, married couples and close friends will enjoy an intimate environment with conversational learning and extensive Q&A with experts.. Rebekah’s bestselling book, Rhythms of Renewal, and Rhythms For Life podcast has unlocked for hundreds of thousands of readers and listeners the need for practical rhythms that sustain mental health. Anyone on that journey will receive an immense amount of education and encouragement from four days together with Gabe, Rebekah and experts and speakers.

  • Your registration includes all lodging accommodation, food and the experience while on site at Lost Valley Ranch. Lost Valley Ranch offers transportation services for hire or you can rent a vehicle to drive to the ranch located approximately two hours from Denver International Airport.

  • Lost Valley Ranch has beautifully appointed two and three bedroom cabins with King, Queen and Twin Bed arrangements. Couples will have their own bedroom and bathroom. A common area living room suite includes a coffee maker, sink, fireplace and mini-fridge will be shared by the occupants of the two bedrooms. Any questions can be handled by emailing info@rebekahlyons.com.

  • The weather in the mountains of Colorado can be unpredictable. Bringing warm clothes, a winter coat and comfortable clothes for horseback riding and outdoor activity is recommended. Our dinners will be casual, but a pair of boots and a cowboy hat fit in nicely around these parts.

  • Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. To do so, contact info@rebekahlyons.com and provide details along with the contact information of the friend who will replace your registration.

  • Lost Valley Ranch is a AAA Diamond property that prides itself on hospitality and it’s western rockies cuisine. They are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions.

  • You do not need to do any preparation work for this retreat beyond reading Rebekah’s book, Rhythms of Renewal.
