 The Experience

 Rest

Learn how your soul and spirit was designed to be refreshed through the rhythm of rest. Explore past traumas that are affecting your soul and find healing that improves your outlook. From practical habits to neuroscience inputs, you will be given the tools to experience deep rest.

Restore

A healthy body and mind connection is essential to physical and mental health. By learning how to approach food and exercise in a positive way, making room for play, your brain will experience the results to help you stay on track to a life of wellness rooted in daily practice.

Connect

Intimacy, vulnerability and friendship helps establish our relational health and provides the confidence we need to thrive. Learning how to rewire our neuropathways, heal from broken relationships and take steps to strengthen marriages and friendship, will inspire you in time for the holidays.

Create

Building on the belief that emotional health requires clarity of purpose, we will explore the importance of creativity in our daily life. From discerning your calling, discovering hobbies that help you work with your hands, your vocational health will become an inspiration to yourself and others.
