Hello from Lost Valley!

I am writing to you from beautiful Lost Valley Ranch in Colorado. One of our family traditions is to spend Father's Day out here to celebrate Gabe, rest, and have fun together! Our week has already been full of horseback riding, lots of singing, and enjoying some time in the beauty of God's creation.

This year it has been amazing to watch Joy grow. She is owning her confidence on a horse, singing Frozen songs at the top of her lungs while riding over a mountain. Her fearless, playful spirit is the perfect example of why I love being out here on the ranch. There is a childlike freedom that takes over when you give yourself the permission to play.

Our time out here in Colorado has me so excited to return this fall for our Rhythms for Couples Retreat. From October 21-24, we will be gathering together to rest, restore, connect, and create. We will ride horses, line dance, and also dive into deeper conversations about emotional health, to produce renewed vision for the season ahead.
